Nutrition Coaching!

1:1 Coaching includes integrative functional nutrition education, personalized nutrition plans, habit development, strategies to replace poor behavior, anchoring techniques, unlocking the power of positive mindset and more.

Wellness Methodology

To move well we must be strong and pliable. The fitness center offers a number of services to encourage pliability, flexibility and longevity: massage therapy, hyperice advanced recovery compression boots and cold water immersion therapy (summer 2024)

No walk-ins. Please sign up online or send Grace a message directly if you plan to come to class. Out of respect for instructors’ valuable time, classes will only run if there are sign ups.
