Move Your Body – Exercise That Works
We are collaborating with Acadia Integrative Medicine’s Dr. Christy Seed to create a video presentation on midlife exercise for women. We will present to women how to shift away from punishing, “burn-it-off” workouts and toward movement that energizes them, supports hormone balance, builds muscle and bone, and promotes longevity. We’ll be discussing strength training, mobility, metabolic health, recovery, and designing routines that evolve with a changing body.
The video presentation will be available on 4/15.
