Outdoor Cold Plunge Tank Coming This Summer!
We are excited to be adding a Renu Cold Plunge Tank to the fitness center’s recovery services. Cold plunge therapy has been described by experts as “weight training for your veins.”
There is copious research, literature and evidence demonstrating the benefits of cold water immersion therapy. Those benefits include reduction in muscle inflammation, faster recovery times, reduced muscle soreness & joint pain, increases in BDNF and more.
