One-on-One + Semi-Private Training Sessions

In need of a motivator who can design workouts that fit your needs and kick your butt? Maybe you’re looking to build a specific area of the body or strengthen weakened muscles after an injury. Want a personalized workout for you and a friend? Need some motivation but don’t love classes or working out alone?

Whatever the case, our trainers will work with you to get the results you’re looking for. Typical workouts include weighted and total body exercises that build strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Personal Training

Monday - Thursday: 5:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 7am - noon

Saturday: 9am - 11am

Nutrition Coaching

Monday / Friday : 3pm - 5pm

Personal Training Rates

Grace: $80/60 min, $70/45 min

Mya: $70/60 min, $60/45 min

There is a $15 initial screening + evaluation fee for all first time personal training + nutrition appointments.

Cancellation Policy

50% service charge for sessions canceled day-of by the client.

Nutritional Coaching

Healthy living is so much more than working out. What we fuel our bodies with is just as, if not more important than exercise! Understanding how to pick the right nutrients for our bodies isn’t always easy, especially with so much — often conflicting — information available to us. It can be difficult to know how to craft meals when we are inundated with information about low carb/high fat/high protein/raw/vegan/Keto/Atkins diets. GCF will help mute the noise and guide you toward a nutrition plan that best fits your needs.

Eating right doesn’t have to be and shouldn’t be complicated.

Whether you’re an endurance athlete, like to lift weights, or prefer walks around the block, GCF can offer advice to help you eat well and feel good. We will cover principles of healthy nutrition + hydration, including food preparation and the nutrients & vitamins the body needs.

What does 1:1 Nutrition Coaching Include?

Identify short + long term goals, examine current lifestyle and goal impeding obstacles, cover nutrition basics & golden rules, assign/recap/review “homework,” nutrition education, q&a, strategies to reach goals, formulate + execute plan of action, maintain accountability/follow up/reassess goals.
