Grace designs programs tailored to her clients’ specific needs; we build strength, power, endurance and muscle size/mass through targeted exercises and progressive overload. Grace works with all ages and abilities. She has worked with young athletes, post partem moms, loberstermen, carpenters and grandmothers alike.
Small Group Fitness
Grace teaches a variety of strength based group classes including her year round 8:30am Total Body Strength on Mondays and 8:30am Slow Burn Reformer on Thursdays. Mat Pilates class runs in spring, summer and fall. The schedule varies by season; additional classes will be posted online. Grace’s classes are upbeat (we play great music), challenging and provide community and connection through movement. We also offer private yoga sessions w/Arlee Woodworth and private pilates w/Wendy Norelli. Email grace to get connected.
Integrative Functional Nutrition Coaching
Grace approaches the body and brain as one whole working system. What we eat directly affects our mood, thoughts, energy, inflammation levels and metabolism, Nutrition coaching is beneficial for those looking to adjust body composition, improve biomarkers/bloodwork, or change their relationship with food and exercise. Her work with clients includes high level education on nutrition for brain, gut, hormone and muscle health. Clients learn how to control and reverse conditions such as fatty liver, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes and other metabolic conditions through diet, exercise and lifestyle. Grace helps clients understand and navigate the hormonal changes that occur during perimenopause, menopause and post partem. She also helps clients with disordered eating and/or body dysmorphia.
Massage Therapy + Recovery
Licensed LMT Joshua Marcho sees clients at the fitness studio every Thursday. Josh has worked as a massage therapist for 20+ years. He specializes in deep tissue/sports/athletic massage. Additional recovery services include our outdoor cold plunge tank (available in summer) and Hyperice Normatec 3 recovery boots: Cold water immersion reduces muscle inflammation and joint pain, promotes faster recovery times, increases in BDNF, improves mood and boosts stress resilience. Our recovery boots use dynamic air compression to speed, improve and maximize recovery and training. The boots reduce swelling and inflammation, improve circulation and reduce muscle soreness.
